Meanwhile improving their living standard and the quality of fruits they producing by educating and leading the farmers.
We have been cooperate with local fertiliser provider, providing discount for growers applying our authorized fertiliser to ensure the quality of the farms.
Every year, our team of qualified technical specialists will create annual planning for growers. Also, our team will go around different farms to inspect and educate farmers about mordern agricutural techniques to improve the yielding and quality of the fruits.
Our Employee
We understand employees are the backbone of our company. We want them to gain a sense of pride and fulfillment from their daily work, more importantly, to have the same value as our company. Therefore, we always organizing different activities and guideline, also welfare, to strengthen the engagement of our existing work force.
In HYJCT, we provide rent-free dorm for employees, as well as organizing varies of sports, social and outdoor activities for the entire community. All our employees has been trained in a structured program, these programs help them to understand the corporation value as well as learning different aspect of knowledge.
